Return Policy 

We do not have Return policy we do have replacement policy.

We do not accept Return once product is dispatched. We replace the defective/damaged product if found when you received.


1.If Client is unable to assemble the product and request for return will not be considered.

2.Proper Installation manual and Installation video provided with product. If not then You can get that by connecting to company. Company officials are always there to help you for installation over Video call.

3.Client also can ask for Carpenter assembly. Carpenter Charge need to pay by Client.

4.If you wants to return any of the products that have a valid return policy in the first 10 days after your receipt of that particular product, then please follow the process detailed below for the product. Return shipping within India is at cost of Client. You may cancel an order anytime prior to shipment.

Furniture Returns:

·  The following conditions also apply to Product returns

  • If Company failed to give proper solution of any defective product within 30 day of shipped order.
  • Customized furniture orders are not returnable at any reason.

Refund Mode and Duration:

Refunds will be made to the customer bank account details provided on official mail ID, within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. We will deduct Forward shipping charge Plus any damage found in returned Product we may deduct 10% to 30% of Product charge.

Return Request Duration:

The return request can be placed at any time within 10 days of purchase.

Warranty Policy :  Replacement of only damage or defective parts received.
